Refunds & Delivery

The intro call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A call that ends in "this isn't a fit" is a normal outcome, from either side, and there is no invoice attached to it.

Nothing is charged until you accept a project in writing.

You can cancel at any time, in writing, by emailing the address on the contact page. No reason is required and no cancellation fee applies.

What you get back depends on one line: has the plan been delivered?

• Before the plan is delivered — the upfront 40% is refunded in full.
• After the plan is delivered — the upfront 40% is not refundable.
• The remaining 60% is never charged unless you approve the plan, so cancelling before that point costs you nothing further.

Because by then it has bought you something you keep.

The upfront payment is not a deposit held against future work. It is payment for work already handed over: once the plan exists you are holding it — a scoped build, an architecture, and possibly a working proof of concept. If you decide not to proceed, all of it is yours, and you are free to take it to another developer and have them build it.

That is also the point at which you can make the decision with the most information and the least money at risk.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, through Razorpay. A card payment returns to that card; a UPI payment returns to that UPI ID. There is no option to redirect a refund elsewhere, and no store credit.

Timeline. An approved refund is initiated within 2 working days of the cancellation email. It then takes 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer — that stretch is the banking system, not this side of it.

You get a confirmation with the refund reference when it is initiated, so you can chase your own bank with it if it runs long.

Nothing is physically shipped. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery charge, because there is no physical object — everything sold here is a professional service delivered digitally.

Delivery happens in two moments:

• The plan is delivered by email at the end of Step 2.
• The MVP is delivered when the agreed scope is running in your environment — your hosting, your accounts, your repository — and you have been walked through it. Source code, infrastructure configuration and a short handover document come with it.

Timeline. The build runs for fourteen calendar days from the day it starts, straight through. The plan happens before that clock starts, and its length depends on the project — you are told the date at the point you accept.

Access is granted to accounts you already control, so there is nowhere for a delivery to go astray.

Tell me. Two rounds of revisions are included within the agreed scope, and a defect in something already scoped is a correction — it is fixed, not quoted.

This is the route for "it doesn't do what we agreed". It is not a route to a refund of completed and delivered work, and it does not cover new scope, which is quoted separately and is a perfectly reasonable thing to want.

Email the address on the contact page with what happened and what you would like done about it. You will get a reply within one working day and a resolution, or a clear reason why not, within seven.
