Terms & Conditions

Last updated 6 August 2026

These terms govern any project booked and paid for through this site. A signed engagement letter for your project may add to them; where the two conflict, the engagement letter wins.

01

What is being sold

An AI-native MVP built to an agreed scope, for a fixed price, on a fixed timeline. In practice that means voice agents, RAG systems, workflow automation, or AI capabilities added to a product you already have.

This is a professional service, not a product or a subscription. Nothing here is shipped to you physically, and there is no recurring charge — see the refunds and delivery policy for how a project is handed over.

The price is published on the services page and does not change once a plan is approved.

02

What a project costs

The INR price is inclusive of 18% GST. The USD price is an export of services and carries no GST.

Payment is in two parts, and you are only ever asked for the second after you have seen what the first bought:

  • Plan — 40%, paid upfront once the project is accepted.
  • Build — 60%, payable only if you approve the plan that the first part produces.

Payments are taken through Razorpay. Your card and UPI details go to Razorpay, never to this site — the privacy policy sets out exactly what that means.

03

How a project runs

The intro call is free. A call, booked through Topmate, to work out what you are building and whether AI is the right answer at all. Either side can decide it is not a fit, and that costs you nothing.

Plan covers the deep dive — technical consultation, research, MVP planning, architecture decisions, and an optional proof of concept — and ends with the written plan: a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date.

Build is where the MVP gets built.

04

The two weeks

The two weeks is the build phase only. The intro call, the deep dive and the plan happen before the clock starts.

Once the build starts it runs for fourteen calendar days, straight through. The clock does not pause while waiting on your feedback, so a review that sits unanswered for three days is three days of the fourteen. You will be told in the plan which decisions and access the build depends on, and when they are needed.

05

What "delivered" means

The MVP is delivered when the agreed scope is running in your environment — your hosting, your accounts, your repository — and you have been walked through it. Delivery is a working system you control, not a demo on my machine.

Source code, infrastructure configuration, and a short handover document are included.

06

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included within the agreed scope, during the build. A revision is a correction or an adjustment to something already scoped. A new feature is not a revision; it is new scope, quoted separately, and it is perfectly fine to want one — it just does not fit inside a fixed price agreed for something else.

07

Cancellation and refunds

Set out in full on the refunds and delivery policy. In short: the upfront 40% is refundable until the plan is delivered and not after, and the 60% is never charged unless you approve that plan.

08

Who owns what

You own the deliverable. All intellectual property in the code, designs and documentation written for your project transfers to you on final payment.

Two carve-outs, both ordinary:

  • Third-party components — open-source libraries, model providers, hosted services — stay under their own licences, and any subscription they require is yours to hold.
  • General knowledge, techniques and reusable internal tooling not specific to your project stay mine.

Until final payment clears, the work remains my property.

09

What you are responsible for

The build depends on things only you can give: access to your accounts and infrastructure, decisions when they are asked for, and the right to use whatever content, data or credentials you hand over.

You keep your own accounts with third-party providers — hosting, model APIs, anything metered — and their usage charges are yours, not mine. They are not included in the fixed price, and they continue after delivery.

10

Confidentiality

Anything you share about your business, your users or your plans stays confidential, and I will sign your NDA if you have one. I will not name you as a client or describe your project publicly without your written agreement.

11

What is not promised

There is no money-back guarantee, and nothing on this site should be read as one. The protections that exist are structural instead: the intro call costs nothing, either side can decline, and you see a scoped plan and an architecture before committing the larger 60%.

Business outcomes are not guaranteed either. An MVP is built to a specification; whether the market wants it is the thing you are building it to find out.

Liability for anything that goes wrong is limited to the amount you have paid for the project. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity.

12

Ending an engagement

Either side can end a project in writing if the other has broken these terms and has not fixed it within fourteen days of being told.

If that happens you pay for the phase that has been delivered, you keep what has been handed over, and nothing further is charged.
